Distance - Today is either yoga or weights. I did ten minutes of cardio followed by 30 minutes of weights.
Basically 3 chest exercises, one tricep, 3 back, 3 shoulders, 2 abs.
Nutrition - I like to have chocolate milk and a muffin after weights.
