Wednesday January 20

Distance - 1500 swim, 45 minute swim class.   I was supposed to do my first 2500 meter swim today but will do it Friday instead.  Wanted to jump right from the pool to the bike to get that feeling.  Stamina felt great.

Nutrition - Spark (a little before the swim and during the bike)

Song of the Day - Ventura Highway (getting ready for Oceanside)

  1. Keep to 1500 on Friday..it is too much to swim that far when you have 50 miles ahead of you the next day....do not make me beat you up :o)
