Did you ever get your run gait evaluated? I just wonder if you are out of adjustment/ alignment because your knee hurts more somedays than other, of course it can be the day and how many times you are getting out of your office chair..keep in mind when getting into a cab, in or out, getting up from your office chair your knee is facing forward and not sideways :o) Sometimes it is the little details when you have an injury that make all the difference. Happy to see you getting water and food in you :o)
