Distance - 30 mile bike (indoor trainer) 2 mile run (outside in 7 degree weather) Awesome new winter gear really helped.
Nutrition - During the bike I drank 16 ounces of water and 16 ounces of cytogainer. No stomach issues and no hunger at all. I'll keep using cytogainer but I keep gaining weight when using it. Of course it could be the stupid amount of food I ate over the holidays but i'm at 176 which is ridiculous for me. Not too worried though, I'm sure the extra weight will be gone before long.

brrrr...but Britt says that cold weather gear makes all the difference in the world! And Yes all the extra weight will go away, as you well know, the further into training you get. Good to hear your stomach is doing fine with fuel in it.
