Distance - 1500 meter swim (at a faster pace then ususal)   20 minute weight room

Nutrition - 2 eggos before

  1. Hope you got that lap counter so I can see where you are...and what was your time for 1500 meters? What are you doing in the weight room? Upper body?lower? what kind of lower..with your knee it is important you are not doing seated leg lifts..and if you are doing leg press you are not over doing the weights...more details please..
