I can see this is going to be a LOOOONG painful process. My shoulder is sore, my hip is creaking and my knee brings me to tears. But I am NOT quitting. Calling a doctor right after posting this.

Only as painful as you let it be..stretch more..take your Motrin (before the work out)..eat and sleep right..Do some mind focus...say bring it on :o)It can get better.You just need to get into what will work for your body and of course it is trying to talk you out of what you are wanting to do...the body is smarter than the mind..but the mind is more powerful than the body :o)
