Tuesday December 1

Distance - 50 minutes on the cross trainer.  Decided to test the knee.  No problem so I'm pretty happy.
Can't get an appointment with the knee doc i want until January but if it hurts again i'll just go to another doc.
Also did 20 minutes in the weight room but no leg work.

Nutrition - Loving chocolate milk after workouts

  1. Pete you have three months til the 1/2 ...If you are going to work on a machine..you should be on that machine for at least a solid hour and fifteen minutes . Then you can do 20 - half hour of upper body. What you are builing on here is indurance..your muscles must learn how to use what they have for a very long period of time. Wrap that knee and try to give it support in it's tracking. Go see a massage therapist..now is not the time to wait and see how it is doing.
    Also this is why I do not like you to post once a week and by the way you had three off days..why not post then? You were playing!!!! Okay coach is done bitching..now it is time to focus! Do you want to hear "Pete YOU ARE AN IRONMAN"?
