Thursday November 25

                                                   Happy Thanksgiving

Distance - 5 mile run  RUT RO  2 miles in my knee started to hurt so bad i had to stop running.  I walked for a few blocks and finished the run but later on in the day it was really hurting. 

Nutrition - The usual turkey with all the trimmings

Song of the Day - Bob Marley greatest hits, just in the mood i guess

  1. You may want to make sure your bike is fit properly. You may just be really tight because not taking the time to stretch. I would not wait unitl Jan just so you can see the doctor you want..even if you see the one open and schedule follow ups with the one you want. You do not time to mess around with this for a month. :o)
