When you are inside for your bike and run...for the bike you must estimate how long outside it would take you to do 30 miles and then add at least another 15-20 minutes. Now if you are moving workouts around it is VERY important that you keep them in the order they are in. like the Fri, Sat & Sun are very important to keep to those days and mileage.
