Distance - 45 minute cross trainer, 30 minute treadmill. Not a good idea even wearing a brace. I admit I've been scared to go to the doctor because I'm afraid of what he'll tell me but I can't wait any longer.
Nutrition - Bagel for breakfast, Roast beef Sandwich for lunch.

Just wrap your leg if on treadmill....and wear your compression sock ..they will help with your circulation..that will help keep the swelling down.
