Monday December 7

Distance - 45 minute cross trainer, 30 minute treadmill.  Not a good idea even wearing a brace.  I admit I've been scared to go to the doctor because I'm afraid of what he'll tell me but I can't wait any longer.

Nutrition - Bagel for breakfast, Roast beef Sandwich for lunch.

Song of the Day -  Beast of Burden, Stones

  1. Just wrap your leg if on treadmill....and wear your compression sock ..they will help with your circulation..that will help keep the swelling down.
