Friday December 18th

Distance - 2000 meter swim.   Ready to go up in distance coach.  Although I hear my legs are flopping around behind me, I'll have to fix that.

Nutrition -  Spark before, choc milk and bagel after.

  1. I want you to eat the bagel before you swim :o)
    Your swim will increase about half way through Jan. Keep watching for training plans that will take you through until the CA 70.3. Enjoy what your swim time is you will eventually be at 3000 at a time :o) For now..take 10-15 minutes and just work on those legs, then start your distance. :o)
